We use Okta for account provisioning and our main SSO/Identity provider. It helps greatly with onboarding birthright access. Our IAM was greatly improved once we had Okta up and running.

Yes, we benefited greatly from Okta. We were able to leverage Okta for Azure and AWS in our environment. While the app integrations they have for SaaS is large I do wish there were some others available in their library. This is could be an issue of the application author and not Okta though.
Yes, during our implementation process Okta was very easy to work with. We had training provided with our quote as well. This benefits the team if there are admins who have not experienced an identity provider before. The whole purchasing and implementation process was a wonderful experience.
Okta having a 99.99% uptime is extremely important for both our internal and external clients. It has provided a great service to maintain our current and future customers along with being able to promote a more secure self service option.
Okta provides a better user experience and a portal to make things simple not only for the admins but also the customers. Compared to Entra and Duo Okta is light years ahead in innovation and user experience.
