Olark is an incredibly useful resource in our organization as it allows us a quick bridge access to our customers through our website.
- Live chat with customers / visitors to your website.
- Customer Service.
- Location services - can see IP addresses/approximate locations of visitors.
- Interface when dealing with a huge influx of visitors.
- Live chat feature.
- After hours messages.
- Visitor locations / IP addresses are visible.
- Blocking feature for inappropriate content.
- Ability to send links/photos/documents instantaneously.
- More accessibility in terms of addressing customer/client questions.
I actually have not utilized any other products similar to Olark at this point in my career.
