Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

Honey Groove Studio uses Omnify for booking of all of our fitness classes and payment methods [for] them. We have one location and use Omnify entirely for all services.
  • Allows me to easily create classes and make adjustments as needed.
  • Allows me to see the overall performance of my business.
  • The app is user-friendly and convenient for class check-ins.
  • Payment features need to be improved.
  • Clients have requested to use older credits first automatically.
  • Create a membership option that allows for reservation of classes.
  • Omnify has been critical in the operation of our business.

When our business first opened, I attempted to use the booking services provided by our Go Daddy web services. It was difficult to coordinate across medias. Omnify has performed well in all of our necessary services and business needs.
Omnify is very user friendly, both for managers and administrative personnel. Customers seem to be able to use it fairly easily as well.
Technical support is always lightning fast with any response, and has always been able to resolve any issues.

QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), PayPal Payments
From the management aspect, everything is easy and works very well. Students seem to have some difficulty with payment links, specifically when using from cellular phones.
