Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use it globally to run webinars across multiple marketing functions. It has good interface which the attendees can see and interact with the webinar organizers. The tool is easy to use and the best thing is the support, whenever we had any questions the chat support was quick in responding and helped to solve our issues.

As majority of the events were cancelled across all regions, we had to rely heavily on webinars. We have done webinars in multiple formats which helped us to generate lot of leads for our company and to covered the gap of events. The formats like on demand, simu live features were useful in doing the webinars quickly.
It is definitely scalable as we have conducted numerous webinars in different formats like simu live, video on demand and live webinars. Simu live helped us to repurpose the webinars and conduct them with less effort. On demand webinars also helped us to get the leads continuously from our website webinars pages.
The capabilities of ON24 are much more superior to the features compared with GoToWebinar and BrightTALK, the interface and the ways we could engage our audience is very good in On24. Mainly GoToWebinar is suitable for small and mid market companies but ON24 definitely is an enterprise level product with many advanced features.
