Overall Satisfaction with ON24
It's used for all webinars we use across the company. It's primarily used by our Marketing organization. It addresses the problem of needing to deliver virtual events and demos online. I primarily use it for our demo program that we deliver for prospects across all segments.
- Reliable platform.
- Ability to ask question.
- It's an antiquated system.
- I don't have the ability to run analytics across multiple webinar events. It's frustrating to have to look at webinar events one at a time.
- The ON24 internal page takes a long time to load.
- Use ON24 to drive MQLs.
- Use ON24 to drive engagement with prospects.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
Yes, we've been heavily relying on ON24 in light of the pandemic and have, of course, needed to pivot our events to being online. So, ON24 has been our primary webinar platform for this.
GoToWebinar is very intuitive and user friendly. The analytics were also very easy to use.
