Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We are using it for one of our large clients, EXIM Bank, to help promote their programs and get leads/customers.
  • Reporting is great and easy to understand.
  • Love the new elite platform.
  • Setup is great.
  • On-demand archiving afterwards can take awhile.
  • We've had issues with polls not launching correctly.
  • I'd like to be able to have more than 10 people join on the presenter/producer end.

We've used ON24 webinars as a prime focus for our marketing campaign to successfully reach our target audiences.
We've had some issues with glitching in the past - audio suddenly cutting out, polls not launching correctly, or on-demand recordings of the webinars not recording properly. Overall, we've been successful with ON24 though.
GoToWebinar and Webex are others that I've used. I prefer ON24's ease-of-use and layout over those.
It's easy to use, reporting is great and accurate, and we've had minimal issues during live events.
