Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is used in our organisation for the onboarding webinars that happen for all our global customers. ON24 is mostly used by the CSM community at Tableau. ON24 helped us to connect with the customers flawlessly at one go to get their issues resolved, helping us to onboard our existing and new customers.
Pros
- Putting up poll questions within the slide.
- Video and audio quality is best when it comes to ON24.
- Adjusting and using talk track is more comfortable.
Cons
- On the widget placing when it comes to audience view.
- If you could work on pulse check, as it always has a delay of 15 sec post opening.
- You may try adding breakout (our requirement for webinar).
- Higher retention.
- High upselling and cross selling.
- Larger reach to the audience and hence increase in customer base.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
- Identify and track top-engaged accounts
So in midst of pandemic, ON24 helped us keeping our customers engaged in terms of knowledge gain, webinar, new products release (WFH) via ON24 platform. Also all our major events (country wide) were done via ON24, which helped us to engage with customer on daily basis. Now our customers are familiar with this platform and request us to use ON24 to schedule future virtual meetings.
