Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 Elite for Client education webcasts and ON24 Forums for smaller interactive paid client training. Our marketing, development, and support teams are able to mine the data we garner from these sessions to help existing clients.
- CPE certificates are available almost immediately.
- It uses the web browser, so there are no downloads for the presenter or customer.
- Resources are able to be added for download on the platform.
- Reporting still needs some work. You need to access each event report separately.
- Doesn't support the Morph transition in PowerPoint.
- Needs an import process for polling questions; having to type them in leaves lots of room for error on my part.
- Staff can concentrate on value add instead of certificate processing.
- Qualified leads on additional licensing can be gathered from downloads and polls.
- More clients attend our webcasts as there is no software load.
This is one area we don't use from ON24 well. The score doesn't matter as much as the particular activities.
We upped our game on engagement by having ON24; more SME staff are involved as Q&A panelists; presenters are able to focus on discussion while the producer uses the engagement tools to highlight the appropriate portlets when needed (e.g., Speaker Bios during the intro or lobby time) Everything had to be done live; now we have prerecorded to demo better. We can also set the polls up before the start of the session. For our recurring classes on Forums, we even use the clone process so we just have to update the master, not add all the polls and slides.
I won't go back to the others.
