Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause as our p2p fundraising platform for our special events and initiatives. It is very user-friendly, and we have had a wonderful response from our constituents that say it is much easier to raise money than with our previous platform.

  • Staff can create campaigns on their own easily
  • Adding an umbrella function for corporations with multiple departments participating in events or multiple locations, so all of their fundraisings can show a grand total and how much each individual group has raised.
  • Fundraising tripled for our spring event
  • Creation of new campaigns takes a few hours
  • The text to thank feature allows users to respond in real time
It is super easy to use, you just click through each section and fill in the information, or you can copy the information over from previous campaigns, which saves a lot of time.
As I stated before, their customer service team is incredible. They are quick to respond and help answer any questions. They also send videos to walk you through your issue, so you can see exactly how to fix it and can look back at any time.
Our previous platform was Engaging Networks, and it was not user-friendly, it did not have many features, and it did not meet the needs of our participants. Finding a new platform for our p2p efforts was one of my first priorities, and we tested OneCause, Classy, and DonorDrive. OneCause was the best product for our organization and for our growth plan over the next 3-5 years.

Their customer service team is incredible. If you have a question or need assistance, they are quick to respond or send a video showing you how to solve your issue. They also answer the helpline. I've worked with many platforms over the last 16 years, and OneCause is by far my favorite to work with on the back end, in addition to not having to handhold participants through the registration process. It is very easy to use, and many of our constituents who are not tech-savvy have had tons of success and positive feedback on the new platform.
