Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause to manage our annual dinner and auction, which, as a small non-profit, is our largest fundraiser of the year. Bidpal through OneCause allowed us to shift our entire auction online and to a virtual format during COVID, and we're excited to try out the in-person module as well at next spring's event.

We looked at numerous online auction modules, but OneCause was consistently the highest rated in the industry, offered an affordable three-year contract, and their completed auction sites were the best looking and easiest to navigate for users.

OneCause is well suited for in-person or online fundraising events and is the perfect platform for any auction. As an organization, we have not yet explored their other options, but their Bidpal software allowed us to shift our annual auction online, increasing revenue and saving both staff and constituent time.

Using OneCause

3 - OneCause is primarily used by our fundraising staff, and those who support that process. The main point of contacts are the Development Director, along with the Executive Director and the Office Administrator. For individual events, other staff or volunteers may be trained on particular areas as needed.
1 - Only one staff person is fully trained on using OneCause, the Development Director. Our organization makes use of OneCause's internal support and our assigned OneCause representative for further support issues.
