Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We are using it to plan and execute events. It is addressing the problems we had with ticket sales and auction items. It is also going to help make the event planning and run of the show much more user-friendly.
  • Makes the event site user friendly
  • Makes reporting easy
  • Makes it easy to customize each event for your organization
  • Love the way the ticketing option allows you to take care of every possible option imaginable
  • The compatibility of uploading images (either dropbox or google)
  • Should be able to see the uploaded image without having to save (ie - logos)
  • Definitely time saved with managing table assignments
  • More sponsorships bc sponsorships were available as a dropdown under the ticket options
OneCause is very user-friendly on both sides, the customer and the creator. This was a must for us. We have a very mixed demographic for our donor base and we needed to make sure that everyone would be able to use the platform that we chose.
We haven't had to use any support for OneCause, however, one of the reasons we chose them was because of the support that they showed initially.

We are still new to OneCause and haven't completed an entire event, but have used it for things that we hadn't even planned. So far, we love it, and have found it to be far better than we even imagined!
