Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

We needed a tool to help us provision access of company accounts to employees.
  • Nice user interface.
  • Easy to set up.
  • Poor customer service and response time.
  • Poor customer communication.
  • Difficult to add a new app into their database.
  • We spent a lot of time to move to their system only to find out they have extremely poor customer service which does not fly with us.
We will be moving to another system with better customer service.
Really poor customer service practices. Took a week to get a response to a ticket. When asked about this no accountability was taken but rather blame passed on repeatedly.

It works well except when it doesn't. Then if you request support they will take over a week just to give you a response of any sort. When they do they will make you feel that the issue is your fault vs. attempting to actually take care of you.
