Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin
We needed a tool to help us provision access of company accounts to employees.
- Nice user interface.
- Easy to set up.
- Poor customer service and response time.
- Poor customer communication.
- Difficult to add a new app into their database.
- We spent a lot of time to move to their system only to find out they have extremely poor customer service which does not fly with us.
We will be moving to another system with better customer service.
