Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I use OnPay for a payroll service for my small business. It helps manage my employees and pay them appropriately. OnPay helps remain compliant with all of my state regulations, as well as keep track of all related payroll expenses.

  • A time clock feature would be nice.
OnPay's customer support has been responsive, thorough, helpful, and readily available since the beginning. Through the entire onboarding process, training, and setup, the customer support team has been great.
Easy to use. The system and the portal is not bulky or wordy. It is pleasant to look at, and not overwhelming.
