Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
I switched from another payroll vendor to OnPay and am very happy. The interface is great, and when I have questions like "how to fund a SIMPLE IRA for a 62-year-old in 2025," I get it answered immediately.

- Forms are filed in timely manner.
Cons
- Ease of use for small companies.
- Help desk on weekends.
- less expensive than the group I used to use.
- Interface is better than my previous group.
Onpay is much more reliable and has better help.
