Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation to conduct A/B-test in order to optimize our digital customer journeys, for various products and service we provide. We usually want to test our hypotheses based on our UX-researches, and get these hypotheses confirmed or rejected by quantitative methods, and A/B-test is one of the methods we use.

  • Introduce new way of working with digitalization
it's easy to use, but how tests are categorized can be improved.
We are new in AB-test, and this tool provides with very easy-to-use interface and people with less knowledge in coding can also create and launch tests without too much trouble.

The tool is very well-suited in scenarios where AB-test is actually needed. However, it is not very clear in the tool that it can also be used for test of changes when no hypotheses are not available.
