Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation
We use Optimizely Web Experimentation to execute a/b tests on our acquisition and servicing pages. Main purpose is to increase engagement and mitigate negative impacts.
Pros
- JavaScript Qualification is essential to allow us to control the audience we are testing.
- The ability to manage the web snippet is useful in keeping the system up to date.
Cons
- I would like to see reporting integrate more visual charts and graphs to help present the data easier to customers.
- It is early in our use of Optimizely Web Experimentation so it is difficult to project the impact at this time.
We have thus far only used Optimizely Web Experimentation, but hopefully in the future we can utilize additional features.
