Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
Here in my company, we use Oracle HCM on a daily basis. From onboard hiring to getting every details such as employment verification, salary etc. As for the information security tasks, that is also assigned to employees in the HCM tool. A time limit is also provided which helps the employees identify when to finish it. The tool also help monitor everything.
- Employment verification letter to be provided to landlords, house loan everything.
- HR related information like leave, payslips etc
- Information security tasks such as confidentiality agreement, cyber awareness etc
- I would say the layout, it can be made into a simpler and can look better
- Include more tasks such has IT helpdesks. As we have a different tool for that
- I wish if we had internal articles/documents within the tool
- Saves a lot of time for both the employer and the employee
- Less workforce
- All the work into one portal helped in reducing purchases of multiple applications
