Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used to send mass amounts of emails and stay on top of follow up. We upload our email campaigns into Outreach to get customers interested and build our sales pipeline. It is only used by our inside sales organization, but the field sales team would find more success using Outreach as well.
- Follow up. You dont have to worry about Follow up. It does it for you.
- Integration with Outlook.
- Creating tasks.
- It doesn't happen often, but sometimes when someone responds, it won't take them out of the sequence which makes the customer angry. There can be zero tolerance for that.
- More efficient use of time. No more mail merges or Excel files filled with contacts to follow up on.
- Increased sales pipeline from improved follow up.
- Better collaboration since you can share your sequence if it is successful.
I personally have only used Outreach, but really have no complaints with it. Our company certainly is not looking to replace Outreach. Before we had Outreach we were using Mail Merge to follow up, but Outreach is so much easier and automated, you dont ever have to worry about it.
