Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use Outreach for our SDR teams. I've used other tools like ToutApp and Sales Loft in the past years. Outreach is a much superior product with better analytics that allows us to more quickly and easily understand what our employees are doing and train them to become better at their jobs.

  • I would need to get really into tiny details here to find room for improvement.
  • I used to not like the fact that I needed so many tools for my reps, like a calendar solution and a lead generation tool, but Outreach is solving those now as well.
  • In certain occasions the call quality is not great, but I think this is due to Twilio. It happens in 1/1000 calls probably.
  • Huge ROI on pipeline and revenue.
  • Reducing rep ramp time.
  • Increasing rep productivity and happiness due to having a functional system.
I tried many products like SalesLoft, HubSpot and ToutApp. The sequencing acapabilities, user permissions and other nuances that Outreach provides on top of how easy is it to access and understand the data, make it the best product in the market by far.
Any customer facing person should be using Outreach. From Sales dev to Account Execs to Customer Success, there is no reason for someone not to start thinking about automating their workflows and becoming more effective.
