Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Really easy to use after a week or two of practice.
Outreach is being used for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurture across our sales org.

Pros

  • Outreach is easy to use
  • It's the most powerful sales reach out tool
  • Continues to innovate and stay ahead in a highly saturated market

Cons

  • I'd like them to improve their voice functionality.
  • Better Gmail integration
  • Less throttling restrictions
Reports on how effective campaigns and specific emails are.
  • I've been able to source more meetings than using just Gmail
Our Outreach account managers are incredibly helpful
Outreach is easily pulling ahead in features and ease of use
I looked at a lot of email prospecting tools a few years ago when I was an SDR and Outreach was the most powerful and easiest to use.
