Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

if I was sending a mass email to everyone, instead of targeting a particular customer it would be more usable.
Outreach is used in sales and marketing efforts to send emails and set a sequence.

Pros

  • works in the background
  • sets followup calls
  • keeps emails in one place

Cons

  • more detailed step-by step tuitorials
I don't really use the reporting aside from checking to see if my email was opened.
  • It is nice to have it running in the background much like throwing a fishing net. Not sure on ROI as I do not pay for it so it is difficult to gage.
I haven't worked with the CCS team although colleagues have and report that they are helpful
Best suited for Marketing, less for sales where we want to be more personalized.
