Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used in sales and marketing efforts to send emails and set a sequence.
Pros
- works in the background
- sets followup calls
- keeps emails in one place
Cons
- more detailed step-by step tuitorials
I don't really use the reporting aside from checking to see if my email was opened.
- It is nice to have it running in the background much like throwing a fishing net. Not sure on ROI as I do not pay for it so it is difficult to gage.
I haven't worked with the CCS team although colleagues have and report that they are helpful
