Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach currently is being used by a few different groups across the organization. The main business problem that it addresses for me, is that it helps me generate new business while also allowing me to focus my time on more targeted prospecting.
Pros
- Outreach is a strong tool for automated messaging, and creating a lot of touches on contacts to generate meetings.
- Outreach allows you to customize your messaging, schedules and delivery. It is a necessary tool if you're prospecting.
- Outreach also does user support extremely well, they are creative and willing to help in any way to get a problem solved.
Cons
- Outreach without careful monitoring can become a huge mass of sequences and e-mail campaigns which can be confusing for new users.
- Right now can't automated getting contacts into sequences.
- The extension isn't the best through Google Chrome.
Right now I'm not really generating any reports with Outreach. I check the statistics on e-mail campaigns frequently, but I'm not actually generating and pulling reports from Outreach right now.
- I've seen a really positive impact from Outreach - it has allowed me to really get some good messaging out to customers, and has generated quite a few opportunities that I wouldn't otherwise have.
The Outreach CSM team has been pretty great. They are always willing to get on a phone call with us to learn how we're utilizing the platform, and how we are increasing adoption. With that said, they introduce new ideas and ways to use the platform, which is quite helpful. The support we've gotten I would say is among the best that i've seen on post -sale products.
Outreach is really the first tool like this that i've used before.
