Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach to make calls and sequence prospects. It is also used by our marketing research team to gather prospects. I also use it to keep track of tasks and queues. I like the fact that it can make calls to almost every country and the fact that you can use local numbers.

Cons
- Sequences and sequence steps need to be more flexible
- Call quality is not the best
- Too much purple visually
Mainly call reports and connection times to figure out when is the best time to call. Other than that A/B testing and email open rates and clickthrough rates.

As I am only an end user I have had no contact with support but our team seems to be pretty happy.
