Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used by our entire sales operation. It helps my team with email and task automation so we can get more done in less time. I also helps with collaboration between users for different sequences that might be working better then others. Additionally, we are using the calendar tool and it has been very helpful.

- Reports aren't overly user-friendly
- There could be more things that are customizable
I look at my overall stats as well as look at my team's stats so that I can understand where I'm falling short and where I could change up my technique to better help the people I'm reaching out to. My goal is to get the best response rates and using the reports allows me to see my success.

They have been very helpful. Recently, I changed orgs and had to get a different seat in Outreach. There were a few hiccups, but I was connected to someone in no time and my problem was handled. I feel like they are on an even playing field with most other support teams I've come across in the past.
