Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

The tool is very usable. I've been in the position where I've had to train people to implement the tool. Most users get the hang of the tool right away and there are little to no problems. Now, if our CRM tool wasn't so messy, it would take a lot of the issues away, but that's another issue.
Outreach is being used by our entire sales operation. It helps my team with email and task automation so we can get more done in less time. I also helps with collaboration between users for different sequences that might be working better then others. Additionally, we are using the calendar tool and it has been very helpful.

Outreach has so many more features than I was ever able to find when using Yesware. The support team is an even keel and I was able to do similar things but with less automation. Storing and creating templates and snippets in Yesware was easier and it integrated more thoroughly with Gmail.
If you're going for scale with personalization, Outreach is the tool for you. If all you're going for is scale, you could use any tool for this. I love the custom fields that you can change for each prospect you're reaching out to. It allows us to be more customer centric with our emails.
