Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

All in all, outreach has a nice user interface. BUT it can be very slow and sends out spammy emails using different fonts.
Outreach is currently used by every member of our global sales organization. From BDRs to Sales execs. It allows us to be a lot more productive as every day when we come in it tells us what tasks we have to achieve.

Pros

  • Organise prospects in tiered levels (CEO down to marketing exec)
  • Organises your day efficiently
  • Allows you to plan for the week ahead

Cons

  • It is quite slow at times.
  • It sends out emails in different fonts.
We don't' currently use any kind of reports with Outreach. I do however check the metrics for my individual sequences.
  • The sales team has definitely gotten more productive and booked more meetings.
The Outreach CS team have always been incredibly helpful and the support has carried on throughout our relationship.
