Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is easy to get the hang of and really tailors to a seamless user experience when set up properly. Everyone is able to catch on quick, which makes implementation easy. Some features are hidden and require a little more training, specifically the mass edit button, mass sequence, mass skip step options. They weren't visible when first using Outreach and had to be taught later on in the process of using Outreach.
Only in the sales organization, and helps out sales staff track and engage clients. It helps our sales staff keep track of the client sales process and creates a unified way to approach our sales strategy.
  • Email tracking
  • Creating a uniform process to the sales process
  • Gives measurable statistics for the individual user all the way up to the C-Level Suite.
  • Sequences can be tedious and easy to mess up if adjustments aren't thought through.
  • I wish there was a pipeline integration to outreach
  • At times Outreach can have latency issues
  • Sales force
Outreach is the only platform I've used as a sales enablement tool outside of SalesForce! I think Outreach has everything I could want and more, but lacks pipeline management. I would love to be able to use Outreach and ditch SalesForce, and only have one platform to manage my leads from.
In sales, its a must have tool. Without it, you cannot track email opens, potential client engagement, and strategically approach the sales process. Sequencing a CEO or VP allows you to tailor your email follow up as they open and view each email. Catching someone while they are on their computer is very important.
