Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It is easy to use.
- For e-mail prospecting
- Helps to organize our daily outreaches to prospects
  • Create different sequences, Use of snippets + share best practices between colleagues based on what others use and what is successful
  • Analytics (views + clicks)
  • E-mail integration (gmail)
  • Calendar integration (possibility for tasks to pop up in google calendar)
  • Flexibility in the workflow (more manageable overview of tasks,)
  • Auto-populate when capturing profile from Linkedin (lose so much time with manually typing in info)
  • More variation on manual task (choose specific categories: LI e-mail // LI- FUP // webinar invite // phone call // ...)
  • Increased 'conversation time' with prospects (measure interest of prospect, so we spend more time with interested prospects and based on activity) helps with quicker conversion rate from prospect to discovery/qualifying call
  • Quicker sync with SFDC necessary (when a change is made in SFDC it takes up to 20 minutes for this change to be reflected in Outreach and vice versa)
- SalesLoft: I haven't used SalesLoft yet, but have heard it is a similar tool to Outreach and colleagues in the past used it

Our management team selected Outreach - not sure about motivation
Great for tracking the behavior of prospects, crucial to our success as DRs. Flexibility & efficiency thanks to gmail integration. Scale best practices (sequences, snippets, templates,..).
