Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is used by the Global BD team. It ensures that we reach out to all the accounts in a timely and proper fashion, we don't miss follow-ups, and follow a specific cadence.
  • Cadence management and available templates
  • Integration with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom
  • VoIP services for NA
  • UI can be better
  • Pipeline management piece is not good. It's better to get another tool for pipeline
  • Analytics dashboard
  • Better visibility of reach-outs
  • Targeted reach-out and prospects
  • Usage increased of Zoom/LinkedIn info. Better email communication (we actually went away from cold reach-outs).
The Outreach sales team is accommodating, and it has more users & a better community. SalesLoft was more expensive as compared to Outreach and their sales process is difficult. InsideSales.com has a better sales process and expertise in this domain, but Outreach was more intuitive.
Suited for large BD teams where there is a large number of accounts and where you don't have separate tools already in place for pipeline management and VoIP dialer.
Not Suited for smaller teams with a medium budget (especially BD teams that don't close, they don't have the money to consider buying outreach). Even their Essential version is expensive.
