Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by the Global BD team. It ensures that we reach out to all the accounts in a timely and proper fashion, we don't miss follow-ups, and follow a specific cadence.
Pros
- Cadence management and available templates
- Integration with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom
- VoIP services for NA
Cons
- UI can be better
- Pipeline management piece is not good. It's better to get another tool for pipeline
- Analytics dashboard
We use a variety of reports like number dials, adherence to cadence, inmails content, Zoominfo/Owler usage, connected duration, time of call, pick up times, etc. and they meet our needs.
- Better visibility of reach-outs
- Targeted reach-out and prospects
- Usage increased of Zoom/LinkedIn info. Better email communication (we actually went away from cold reach-outs).
The Outreach sales team is accommodating, and it has more users & a better community. SalesLoft was more expensive as compared to Outreach and their sales process is difficult. InsideSales.com has a better sales process and expertise in this domain, but Outreach was more intuitive.
