Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I use it send out emails and also for cold calling. It is good to keep track of various opportunities within the pipeline. It makes my whole sales process much more efficient and it makes things easier from a sales perspective. I am also able to see details of all my contacts in one page which also helps.

It doesn't seem too scalable. There are still manual processes involved within the tool.
I have not used these capabilities that much as it is not the most accurate.
It is very easy to use

It is very user friendly and easy to use especially for individuals who have 0 prior experience. You can also go through tasks whether its calls or emails very fast as well.
