Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use it for sequencing emails to prospects, leads, and current customers. Often after events, or when we're creating a list of target accounts and who is best to reach out to by our team. It's used daily and we have internal enablement sessions to make suer the team uses effectively.

It's easy to create templates and sequences to share across teams, while also giving full control to IT departments to configure access. Sales managers can easily view all activity across different reps, so it's very scalable across both large and small teams. The training makes it easy to adapt and continue using as well.
AI is helpful in creating and tailoring copy for email campaigns. It makes it easier and faster, through the use of snippets as well, to create adequate and tailored messaging.
It's easy to use and the team helps enable users on how to best make it usable across inbound and outbound messaging.
Outreach is vastly superior to other sales engagement platforms, because it's easy to use and effective to track engagement

Outreach is well suited for mass tailored outreach sequences to prospects, leads, accounts and customers. I've used other tools before and this is by far the best and has great tracking across opens and clicks so we can see engagement and act on it appropriately. It's not best for inbound leads
