Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach creates automation for my emails. On a daily basis Outreach sends dozens of emails for me without me thinking about it. My management set up the different steps, but now all I need to do is select the sequence, and over the coming days the customer will be touched by email and optionally calls.
Great time saver.

Pros

This would be very scalable for any business. I don't know the price structure, but I could see, if it puts 5 hours back in to your week then it likely pays for itself very quickly. Not having experienced the setup, or seen the pricing, I can't give too much insight in to this topic.
I've not utilized any of the AI capabilities.
I see tremendous value.

It has a lot of capabilities. I don't even use it for everything is has. Fantastic cadences/sequences. It's worth taking it further than how much I use it. My teammates use it for Automatic calling, and my customers say good things about it too. Integrates great with RingCentral Saas
