Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
For outbounding new opportunities. Mostly people using legacy recruiting technology, wanting more AI in their hiring process, or are currently doing everything manually.
They are often coming up toward the end of their contract for their current recruiting solution and are exploring which areas of their process they could improve.
I use the platform to reach out to prospects by calling, emailing, and linkedin by leveraging the sequences in Outreach.

- Having information properly flowing from other platforms and populating fields in Outreach
- Building conditions within sequences and templates for specific use cases to have Outreach be more personalized.
- Building out the calling capabilities and automating more tasks like calling and linkedin tasks
- Inbound follow up
- Nurturing leads
- Souring outbound opportunities
- Event follow up
I have not really leveraged these functions that much, but I do like to see how successful my sequences have been.

I would say it's pretty comparable. I think Outreach is probably more robust and customizable.
