The quick drag and drop way of building the application
Easy way to deploy to next stage in development process
Nice look and feel

Upgrade to next version of product is slow
Support doesn't communicate very well in an escalation

I think the way it was presented by our installation partner Coolprofs.
And the easy to get results way of programming
