Overall Satisfaction with OutSystems

OutSystems is being used by most of the company. It is the core technology. OutSystems helps us create in-house solutions as well as solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Pros

  • Development of an application in a short time.
  • Be aware of market needs and converge there.

Cons

  • More information and content for seniors.
  • Contents better explained.
  • Being a faster solution, it turns out to be cheaper. This is because when we want something in the fast market, we get it.
Most of the time they are always attentive, and very helpful. Sometimes we are served by less experienced people who instead of escalating the problem, are blocking the client.
