It acts as our central incident management system. It makes sure we dont miss out on any imp incidents. If any issue occurs it always alert the correct stakeholder. It helps us reduce time and increases our efficiency.

- because of it we have reduced our SLA's
Its overall better than every other tool coz it combines alerts automation analytics and ecosystem support.
