Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to simply solve our e-contracting needs. PandaDoc is such an easy tool to use, and the support from their customer support team members is amazing. I worked with PandaDoc directly to develop a Zendesk integration that allowed our teams to be incredibly efficient. I worked with Josh and Serge and have nothing but rave reviews about my experience. We also use PandaDoc to manage all of our NDA's. It's so easy with the templates and tokens. I literally can send one out to a prospect in about 2 minutes. People can also execute the documents using their cell phones, and sign using their fingertip (or canned signatures). Love this tool and company, can't say enough good things.

No comparison to PandaDoc. I needed help building a custom app for zendesk. DocuSign and EchoSign would not even hear out my request. PandaDoc heard us and built it for us, as it brought mutual benefit and expansion of their product. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
If you have a team of people who send out proposals, order forms, contracts, NDA's, etc...this will make them so efficient at what they do. As a manager, you also get great visibility into the performance of the reps. If you are looking for true 'reporting' I would say this might be lacking. There is nothing to download and run reporting on, so you have to lean on the dashboard. For us, it's not a problem, but for others this might be an issue.
