Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for sending information packages, proposals, and contracts to clients and partners for review and signing. For the most part, it has the same features as other platforms. This is used by team members who interact with clients on a regular basis, but not the entire team. With a better Content Library, we would have been able to expand the use further.
  • Digital signing is natively supported
  • Easy enough to use
  • Templating is straightforward if somewhat limited
  • No ability to export contacts
  • No ability to export documents in bulk
  • No ability to export the content library
  • No centralized content management
  • Per user pricing is full rate x each user, no tiered pricing
  • Helpful for closing deals, though at a higher platform cost than our previous option (same company, our other option was shuttered) it has no actual positive ROI.
Quote Roller was fine, as were the platforms we used before it, but they were half the price (or less) of PandaDoc and included full export capabilities. The one area where PandaDoc stood out was that they built a "pick one of many options" feature for the pricing table allowing clients to select between options where one selection is mandatory.
PandaDoc is ok for a small business with a small set of templated proposals that don't require much customization or localization. If you have to maintain many similar proposals with small differences to suit specific regions or scenarios, then document consistency and updating become a nightmare. Does a good job at sending a document to a recipient for review and signing. Analytics are basic but seem to be accurate.
