Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is being used by our whole organization. The problems it addresses is getting signatures from people in this day and age with the pandemic going on. We are able to send out contracts/timesheets and other documentation to employees and contractors to get signatures or fill out applications for new hires.
  • Getting online signatures.
  • Creating the flow of the documents.
  • I do not have any areas of improvement for them. Everything is the way I need for the company.
  • Templates save time creating the documents.
  • Electronic signatures saves time on hunting down people to sign or making sure people scan the original document and email it back.
It works great.
All of this works great on the mobile friendly app. Even when signing in through a web browser on a phone it works great.
I switched over from one of their competitors and feared it wouldn't have the same look or feel but I would choose PandaDoc over any of the competitors currently out there.
PandaDoc offered unlimited documents being sent out. If I need some of the additional features that DocuSign lumped in to their user profiles I can still purchase them a la cart with PandaDoc.
PandaDoc does really well with getting electronic signatures for timesheets/contracts. We utilize it for new applications as well.
