Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We have three locations for our business. Due to the pandemic we have had a need to hire people and complete service reviews electronically. With PandaDoc we are able to this easily. Not only did making the switch help get those who were not able to come in but it helped find candidates we may have possibly have not before.

  • Not getting 5 alerts when the signer only looks at it once.

Reusable templates make it way faster to send frequent documents that are not custom to the customer. Send documents on multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Indeed. Imbed documents are your website for new hire and other documents for current employees. Recognized text boxes make uploading new documents fast and easy. Being able to share created template across the company.
Real-time notifications are awesome. Knowing when the applicant is filling out an application or when a consumer has received a service review or inquiry is extremely helpful. I especially like that when the person view the document and starts to fill it out you can actually click on the notification and watch the person fill out the document live.
The documents look wonderful. The are clean, so clear and the documents are nice a big for people to see easily. It's also really cool that you can add your companies colors and logo. Not to mention removing the PandaDoc stuff makes it looks more like it's coming from the company.

We first went to DocuSign for our document needs and it was great until we started being bombarded by sales calls and them telling us we needed to have a bigger and bigger plan (which didn't even actually cover our output). Their tiny plans of 100 envelopes are ridiculous. I don't know what companies they serve but I don't see how that kind of plan would be beneficial at all. Then we found PandaDoc!!! UNLIMITED ENVELOPES!! Not to mention the program is smoother and nicer (the wording on some of the buttons is a little off but whatever). The amount you can customize your messages like colors and having a logo is awesome. Being able to send a link or embed a document is next level! Not to mention it's cheaper. (Please don't go all supply and demand on us.) PandaDoc absolutely CRUSHES the competition!!!

PandaDoc is incredible for those who need to send any kind of document that needs to be filled out and or signed. It's great for hiring documents, release forms, service reviews, service inquiries and more. Posting your application on your website is super easy. Also being able to send applications to people with just a link makes it easy to send across different platforms.
