Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to create all 3rd party contracts with Brands and Creators.

Pros

  • Easy to create, edit and modify templates.
  • Signatures are easily obtained.
  • I love the option to forward to others in an organization for signature v. needing to set up the template again for a specific contact.

Cons

  • When uploading redlines from a Word Doc, formatting changes and requires a lot of manual work to modify font, size, block spacing, etc.
  • I'd love the ability to add Tokens to an existing contract without needing to do it at just upon creating the template.
  • Greater employee efficiency.
  • Time saved creating documents.
  • Better customer experience.
  • We are currently only using PandaDoc for sales contexts.
We have evaluated DocuSign but like PandaDoc better.
PandaDoc is great for quick and more simple contracts. MSAs, SOW, Purchase Orders, Exhibits and Schedules. It is easy to use, easy to modify, easy to learn and efficient for all signing parties. I also like the ability to send directly to a client for signature using the messaging system.

I have not used PandaDoc for lengthy contracts that may require extensive redlines, so I cannot comment on this functionality.
