Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are a travel management company that uses PandaDoc to create custom trip proposal agreements outlining our services and the fees associated with them. Our clients sign the document and then we are ready to help them plan their dream vacation.

Pros

  • Easy to use/understand.
  • Allows quick generation of customized documents.
  • Allows for templates to be used streamlining the process.

Cons

  • To see some of the settings (e.g. expiration) without having to open document.
  • Allow the ability to pause the reminders without deactivating the document.
  • If a document needs to be edited, it would be good when republished to have same links.
  • Helped streamlined our client engagement process.
  • Allowed us to clearly communicate fees/services.
  • At this point we haven't moved beyond sales yet.
We did not choose DocuSign due to the inability to quickly and easily customize the proposal document.
When cost is a factor. I know it's not THAT expensive but the travel industry has been decimated by COVID so every penny counts.
