Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Using for employee contracts and onboarding. Only used in one department (HR). Allows us to use cloud-based digital signatures for signing contracts which simplifies employee onboarding.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign

We selected PandaDoc due to its ease to set up and due to its price point.

PandaDoc suits paperless onboarding for new staff, however if you need to send one document to a large number of people in may not be appropriate. There is an option to add this on, but you have to be on a specific plan which may not suit you organisational needs.
