Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We as a company use PandaDoc on a regular basis as a whole organisation. It has streamlined our recruitment process and has assisted with obtaining documentation in a quicker way. We are able to view when a potential new colleague or employee has received the documents, we can also check that they have viewed the document. Once everything is complete we are able to download the documents quickly and easily. We have uploaded a number of templates and we are able to sign the documents as well which is a massive help.

  • Being able to see when an employee has viewed the document.
  • Allowing us to be notified when someone has completed their section.
  • Sending repeat notifications to remind colleagues to complete the documents.
  • Notifications on the website when something is completed.
  • Better customer service.
  • Cost saving.
  • Time saving.
Reusable templates are a great help, it saves a lot of time and is extremely efficient. Once an email address has been added it is saved for future use.
eSignatures are also a great feature because it alleviates the need for a manager having to attend sites to get documents signed and this is therefore a cost saving positive feature too.
I have not yet used the mobile application feature but I will look into this. We have only really used the platform for sending documents and downloading and saving them. This is something for us to look further into.
The notification system via email is great but there could perhaps be a notification feature on the platform itself.
The platform of PandaDoc is really easy to use and user friendly too. There could perhaps be a feature for deleted documents though - to ensure that we never miss any completed documents or if we accidently delete the wrong document. This could have an expiry date on it to automatically delete documents after 4 weeks.

I have not used a different platform before but this one is really good and suits our business well. We are happy with the service and layout of the platform. It is user friendly and has helped us with numerous things and really streamlined the way that we work as a whole.
It is appropriate for our application packs and recruitment process.
We can assign different roles to enable us to sign documents as well as the potential employee.
The timeline function is very useful too.
There could perhaps be a section that is made confidential for certain users and confidential documents.
