Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We as a company use PandaDoc on a regular basis as a whole organisation. It has streamlined our recruitment process and has assisted with obtaining documentation in a quicker way. We are able to view when a potential new colleague or employee has received the documents, we can also check that they have viewed the document. Once everything is complete we are able to download the documents quickly and easily. We have uploaded a number of templates and we are able to sign the documents as well which is a massive help.

- Allowing us to be notified when someone has completed their section.
- Sending repeat notifications to remind colleagues to complete the documents.
- Notifications on the website when something is completed.
- Better customer service.

- Sending application forms.
- Receiving documents on one platform.
- Signing documents with 2 people.
I have not used a different platform before but this one is really good and suits our business well. We are happy with the service and layout of the platform. It is user friendly and has helped us with numerous things and really streamlined the way that we work as a whole.
