Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a great platform that has allowed us to streamline our contracts. Currently, it is only used by the contracting area.

Pros

  • PandaDoc is a platform that allows us to streamline business relationships with our clients and avoid slowing down the signing of the contract. Thanks to this platform, we can quickly go into operation, leaving the boring behind.
  • It gives certainty to who signs.
  • Easy document management.

Cons

  • More icons are missing in the document creation interface such as the one-click change document function.
  • Absolutely the return on investment occurs almost immediately. Before we spent large amounts of money sending physical contracts to customers, today we move faster from bureaucracy to action.
  • We are trying to implement it in relation to client authorizations in a specific way.
In Latin America, it is very common for people to distrust these platforms because during a trial it is very likely that this type of instrument is not full evidence, as if the autograph signature is, so I do not recommend it for a contract that involves a lot of money.
