Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc has been super helpful for our operations and has allowed us to move to remote operations. When the pandemic first started we were still printing and signing all documents, so we needed to find an electronic platform to sign documents and process requests. PandaDoc allowed us to move operations remotely, and customize all templates and reports.

Pros

  • Customization, you can create unique documents and restrict edits as needed.
  • Integrations, PandaDoc can be integrated with a variety of platforms to create seamless signature capture and storage.
  • User friendly, the platform is over very user friendly for staff.

Cons

  • The external review feature is new, and it can provide a very valuable tool but there are still issues to be worked out.
  • The platform would benefit from the format painter [feature] to work, to get text to match quickly.
  • The send document by link feature needs to improve the security.
  • Greater employee efficiency.
  • Allows remote work.
  • Reduce paper and printing costs.
Overall, I think the platform is really useful for customization of documents.
The redlining feature is great and our team streamlined processes, and has been able to keep an audit trail of documents and changes.
Overall they are very professional, there are some formatting issues that can be improved. It would be helpful if there was a format painter feature to ensure all documents are consistent.

PandaDoc is unique when compared to other e-signature platforms because it allows for lots of customization and the templates feature allows management to set up documents and levels of customization.
PandaDoc is great for forms and template customization. It helps our program management know that staff are not editing areas of documents that cannot be changed. It also helps our staff work remotely and the integrations with SharePoint and other grants management platforms are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend the platform.
