Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PandaDoc has been used by our whole organization. We use it mostly for invoice approval, but also for employee reviews, vacation, and time-off requests, and to sign eventual letters.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It is visually easy to use.
It gives you the basics for free.
It keeps track of the signers activities.

Return on Investment

Enhanced time response for signing documents.
Enhanced accounts payable process.
It made it easier to collect signatures from people outside the organization.

We have signed up for the PandaDoc basics, so we don't have access to templates or forms. I would not know how to rate these. Signatures, dates, dropdowns, text fields, and checkboxes are great tools that we have been using so far.

Streamlining Communication

We have not used these tools, except for the mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities. This has proven to be extremely helpful, as the signers only need their cell phones to complete the documents.

Professional Quality

We do not create documents with PandaDoc. We only upload them.

Likelihood to Recommend

PandaDoc works great for invoice approvals in my organization. It expedites the process as most people are usually online, even when they are not physically present in the office. We originally thought it would be a good tool for marriage licenses, but we found out these have to be mailed because that's the way the Marriage Office works.
