We use the content library and reusable templates. The automated workflows work well when partnering with multiple departments for sign off.
Commenting and redlining makes it easy for legal and also the individuals not in legal reviewing the contract to ask questions and have good discussions around what needs to be updated.
Well organized to provide an easy user interface and intuitive experience.

PandaDoc is just as easy to use as DocuSign. I wasn't involved in the decision but have used DocuSign in the past and this was easy to learn.
