Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use PandaDoc to create proposal templates for the many verticals that I sell into (E.g. Public Safety, Energy, Private Sector, IT, Transportation, etc). With PandaDoc, it makes it easy to build specific proposals with easy-to-change properties and auto-fill options. Before, we had no way to see which areas of our proposal were being read and which areas are important to our prospects and customers. We would send a PDF and hope that it was received, read, and understood. Now with PandaDoc, we can view very specific analytics that helps us interact in a more meaningful way with our prospects and customers.

The templates and content library saves the most amount of time while creating proposals and contracts. The ability to collaborate with my team and management also saves a ton of time with communicating.
Real-time notifications really help streamline my communication with my prospects. Instead of attempting to read their minds with what they're thinking about the proposal or contract, I can identify which areas they spent the most time in and those where they spent very little time. Also, PandaDoc alerts me when they've forwarded the contract/proposal to others within the company.
The professional look of the documents within PandaDoc is very valuable to testify to our company's professionalism and validity. Making links within the doc that allow prospects and customers to navigate the document with key points, makes them feel much more comfortable.

PandaDoc is very well-suited for management and sales reps to view how much time prospects and customers are spending on each page of the contracts or proposals. The easy-to-learn and easy-to-use platform is very refreshing to use in cases where I, as a salesperson, feel analytics are very important to help me deliver more detail-oriented information to get my deals closed. It makes contract and proposal creation much quicker than editing Word docs and saving them as a PDF. The visibility on time spent within the document and by who is a very valuable piece to PandaDoc.
