Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is used for proposal and contract management. We generate quotations with it and use it as an e-signing solution for both internal documents and external documents like sales contracts and specific mandates. With PandaDoc we structure our proposal management and give our potential clients very rich information on our products, customer benefits, approach, and terms and conditions.

Well suited in cases where proposal documents are key, with gorgeous design and e.g. embedded video. The document flow is very intuitive for both proposal creators and the receiving clients. Less appropriate when specific contract variables need to be reused in other ERP systems. For E.g. contract prizes are directly reused in the billing software.
