Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is used for proposal and contract management. We generate quotations with it and use it as an e-signing solution for both internal documents and external documents like sales contracts and specific mandates. With PandaDoc we structure our proposal management and give our potential clients very rich information on our products, customer benefits, approach, and terms and conditions.

We use reusable templates, a content library, embedded eSignatures, Zapier integrations, and automated workflows with Google Drive, ActiveCampaign, and Slack. All of this has proven helpful in speeding up this process. Next to that, we created a workflow on our website where clients create their own proposals without sales intervention. This turned out to be a solution for specific customers that like to be self-supporting and love to search for information 'anonymously'.
PandaDoc helps us streamline deal cycles by consolidating communication within their platform. We use redlining, commenting, real-time notifications, contract expiration, and mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities to cooperate with our clients. The dashboards help us to keep track of all documents and bring focus to our sales activities. The way of working fits our corporate identity as a cloud software company. Practice what you preach!
Compared to other software for proposal management the design opportunities really stand out. We love the proposals we create and so do our clients. We receive a lot of positive feedback on the proposals and the ease of use.

Well suited in cases where proposal documents are key, with gorgeous design and e.g. embedded video. The document flow is very intuitive for both proposal creators and the receiving clients. Less appropriate when specific contract variables need to be reused in other ERP systems. For E.g. contract prizes are directly reused in the billing software.
