I use PandaDoc to generate proposals and contracts. It helps me present a professional proposal or contract in the very quick time frame. The design features and ability to tweak the draft are impressive. It has given me (and ShedPro) a competitive advantage.

If you deal with high-end tech-savvy clients this is a tool for your proposals. If you would like to impress a non-tech-savvy client, it will do the same. When you need to knock out an agreement quickly and professionally I highly recommend PandaDoc. I am very happy with what it has accomplished in my daily business operations.
